I released my first pattern this week and I couldn’t be more excited! A few people have bought the pattern and that just makes my heart sing! I can’t wait to see what others make with my pattern.
I based this pattern on the pinwheel block because that has been a favorite of mine for many years. I just love the spinning feel that you get with a simple pinwheel block.
My other love is that of using all the colors! I was able to make this one in a rainbow layout, which if you have followed me for a bit, you have seen me make a few rainbow quilts!
But, I also wanted this pattern to be fun for those of you that do not want to make a rainbow quilt. It has directions for using fat quarters and also would look great if you wanted to go with a nice 2 color quilt.
I made a baby quilt from it using the fat quarter directions and adding the border, which is also an option in the pattern. I wanted to make the most versatile pattern that I could. It did take me some time to get where I wanted to with this pattern, but I am so happy with how it came out.

I will also be adding quilts to the shop from time to time as I will likely end up with way more than I could ever use now!
